Along Comes Tera is a 20 minute performance lecture that uses the formal structure of a 90’s Romantic Comedy (rom-com) as a device to explore questions around disobedient bodies, medical ableism, waste and fragmentation of the self.

Using 100s of images created in collaboration with machine learning image generation software, that both lean into and push against rom-com tropes and biases, the performance tells the story of hapless 40-something Peggy who finds love closer to home then she could ever imagine.
